Grief Recovery Method Support Group Program
One of the least addressed concerns in our society is grief, the normal and natural reaction to loss. The Grief Recovery Method Outreach Program, based on the Grief Recovery Handbook, will guide those who wish to resolve their loss issues and move beyond their grief to a richer quality of life.
Note: The purpose of this group is to help you begin the journey of understanding your grief. We will discuss the normal and natural responses to loss of any kind and look at what helps and what does not help. At the end of the first session, you will have the opportunity to decide if you want to go deeper and continue through the Grief Recovery Method. There is no charge for this eight-week series; however, group members are coached to participate by reading the book and completing the associated exercises to get the full benefit of the program. The facilitator will be available to gently guide you throughout the course toward growth after loss.
